I had Cambria come out and look at the countertops and he even told me they were measured incorrectly. In the contract they billed us for a plumber that never came. We had to get our own plumber in here while the gentleman was still in the job.

I am working with the dispute guy named Austin. He doesn't respond and closes out my BBB complaint. She tells me they have had the cabinet doors for 3 months and can now install them.

An entire kitchen through the home improvement store could cost between $12,000 and $20,000 or more. Oh and I purchased cabinets from American Woodmark, recommended by the designer. I called to inform them I wanted to cancel my order and have my money refunded. This is how important customer service is to Home Depot! I was never advised of ANY cancellation fee, nor was I ever given any paperwork for the order. We signed a contract with Home Depot to reface the cabinets in the kitchen, new countertops, and backsplash.

We might be biased but we'd say Kitchen Cabinet Kings, of course. We specialize in cabinets only, and we don't sell anything that's cheaply made. Furniture board is also not the best for holding screws. We bought a pantry from Home Depot. The hole placements were all wrong on 6 of the pieces. Not enough screws and joints to put together.
Get more reviews from your customers with Birdeye. Bought rocking chair before baby was born. Used for 10 months, the metal leg frame broke off at the welds. No explanation on how exactly they came to this conclusion that it was mishandled. It cost 1400aed and to only be able to use for 10 months is obviously not worth it.

Since 24 September 2022, my consignment has been out for delivery but has still not been delivered. Even a Customer care executive provides false intimations about the status of delivery. You can't just go in and get help and buy something. You have to wait for a designer. And sometimes they are too busy and tell you to make an appointment and come back.
